Please note though that you do not need a paypal account to make a payment through paypal.. 

 We are also happy to accept cash on pick up if you are in the South Gippsland area.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Standard Delivery – All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post delivery services. Regular Australia Post delivery transit times apply.

We also offer Express and Registered Post.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

If you purchased products from this website and you believe the product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days, before washing or using. We cannot exchange products that have been washed or worn. Unless the problem is a result of an error on Ninky Bear's behalf, you are responsible for all postage costs, and we suggest you use registered post, to ensure your item is not lost.

Product must be returned in original packaging (if any) and in the same condition it was received in.

Please choose your products carefully, we do not normally refund or exchange items if you make the wrong decision, or change your mind.
